Policy on Non-Discrimination With Regard to Participation in Programs

No person on the grounds of handicap and/or disability, age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other classification protected by Federal and/or Tennessee constitutional and/or statutory law shall be excluded from participation in, or be denied benefits of the Technology Access Center’s programs and services, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in Technology Access Center Programs and services.

No person shall be denied participation in, or be denied benefits of the Technology Access Center programs and services based on the inability to pay for services or inability to access public or private support to pay for services.
